Megan Whelan, M.S. CCC-SLP, COM is a Pediatric SLP, currently pursuing opening up her own speech therapy practice in Northwest Arkansas. Megan holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is a Certified Orofacial Myologist (COM). Megan received her bachelor’s in psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia and her master’s in communications sciences Disorders from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri.

Megan is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IOAM). She is a multiple recipient of the ASHA’s Award for Continuing Education (ACE) for professionals who demonstrate their commitment to lifelong learning. 

Megan has been practicing in the field of Speech Pathology for ten years. Megan specializes in speech sound disorders, language delays, and myofunctional disorders. She has worked in private practice, an Autism program, and as a preschool and elementary school-based Speech Pathologist. Megan has a wide variety of previous experience working in public schools and private practices in Colorado, Arkansas, Connecticut, and Ohio. 

Megan will be working with our patients who enjoy flexibility in scheduling and having the comfort of therapy from the convenience of their home or office.
